Making a statement

I applied the other day to a creative team. My first such attempt. I was rejected... I guess I shouldn't say I was rejected, but more by my lack of experience (at least I would like to believe). So, I've got a bunch of galleries out there and will keep on posting.

I thought I'd start by taking some of my favorite designers and making a page completely with their kits. Today, I showcase my daughter with a beautiful kit from Jady Day Studio called Winter in Hooville that was purchased at Scrap Orchard.

Kim B's color challenge at DSO

Some months, depending if the colors strike me, I love to follow along with Kim B's color challenge at DSO. I took this picture of my daughter for my P365.
Bear is like the 5th member of the family and often goes most places with us. Someday, I plan to make a scrapbook of just Bear.

Needed a snowman

I kept looking at my last layout I posted and decided it needed more. What about a snowman!!

Blogging, hmmm.... not sure about this, but I would like to get more active in the digital scrapbooking community. So, I thought I'd start this little corner of the web for myself.
Not only do I play with the digital scraps in documenting my kids life, but I also enjoy quilting, which will always give you left over scraps.
